Construct another blog at wordpress (its free!). My first impression is superb, super easy. A lot of ready-made templates to choose from, and side bar components are amazing, all you have to do is just drag n drop those to your side bar. It means that you don’t have to search for plugins and do copy-paste-edit source code things. However, you can not change the css like in blogger (you have to upgrade), but you can replace the header image with your own, if you want to give a personal touch to your theme.
